Temporarily paralysing the victim of the spell, Petrificus Totalus binds the body leaving only the eyes able to move. Hermione Granger used the Full Body-Bind on Neville Longbottom as he attempted to stop his friends from leaving the Gryffindor common room after-hours, and Draco used it on Harry when the latter was discovered spying on the Slytherins aboard the Hogwarts Express.
