Nicolas Flamel
Nicolas Flamel was a French wizard, an inventor and alchemist who famously created the Philosopher's Stone - a source of eternal life. Along with his wife Perenelle, Nicolas consumed the Elixir of Life for many centuries. Due to his age, Flamel witnessed many events of wizarding history, including the rise and fall of Gellert Grindelwald and Lord Voldemort. He was even named on Dumbledore's Chocolate Frog card.
