Jacob Kowalski
Jacob Kowalski was a Polish-born American No-Maj (or Muggle) and baking enthusiast who lived in New York during the 1920s. Although Jacob had no knowledge of magic before he met Newt Scamander, he was drawn into an adventure when he accidentally took Newt's magical suitcase back to his apartment. Despite the memory altering spell that should have wiped all knowledge of the wizarding world, Jacob couldn't leave what he'd learned to love behind.
