Newt Scamander

Newt Scamander

Newt Scamander was a Magizoologist who travelled the world in the early 20th century researching magical creatures. On his travels, he carried a magically enhanced suitcase, capable of housing his fantastic beasts. On his travels, he carried out research for his seminal textbook Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, but his travels weren't purely academic. During the 1920s, Newt found himself embroiled in the events surrounding the rise of Gellert Grindelwald, working with his old teacher and friend, Albus Dumbledore, to stand against him.
