Dudley Dursley was spoiled rotten by his doting parents, Vernon and Petunia. Given everything he could ever wish for, Dudley took no greater pleasure than inflicting pain on his orphaned cousin Harry Potter. Along with friends, like Piers Polkiss, Dudley enjoyed roaming the streets of Little Whinging finding smaller, weaker children to bully. Harry was very much included in this number, before he discovered he could frighten Dudley with his magical powers.
