Quite a lot of familiar faces were obviously keen to open a new bank account last night, at the launch of the new Gringotts expansion in Leavesden. Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts actors such as Dan Fogler, Jason Isaacs and Claudia Kim were in attendance, along with some of the geniuses who crafted the magic from behind the scenes, including creature effects artist Sarita Allison and special effects supervisor John Richardson.
Radio 1 presenter Matt Edmondson was manning proceedings and had a chat with a few of the special guests.

The new Gringotts bank includes the main, grandiose hallway, complete with a gallery of goblins and a look inside the Lestrange vault that Harry, Ron and Hermione famously broke into in the final film, complete with thousands of replicated Horcruxes. You can learn more about the set here.
The Gringotts expansion finished with a rather scorching surprise for the guests. If you’re planning on visiting the tour and don't want to be spoiled, you might want to look away now.
