Warner Bros. Games has today announced that the Hogwarts Legacy Summer 2024 update is officially live on all platforms for those of you who own the game!
The update includes an all-new photo mode, new and previously exclusive content, bug fixes and PC driver updates, and a talent reset option, which allows players to experiment with different builds and play-styles.

Within the update, all players on all platforms can now try out the Haunted Hogsmeade Shop Quest, which was previously a PlayStation exclusive.
This unique quest comes rich in rewards, such as the dapper Shop Keeper’s outfit and ownership of your very own shop in Hogsmeade.
The previously exclusive Onyx Hippogriff mount and Felix Felicis Potion Recipe are also now available to all players, as well as the brand-new Azkaban Coat, Azkaban Prisoner’s Outfit, The Glasses That Lived, and Lavender Borealis Broom. With Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban celebrating a special anniversary this year, this feels only too fitting.
With the new Photo Mode, players will be able to create and capture their own in-game screenshots with a wide range of customisation options including exposure, contrast, camera tilt, zoom, depth of field and field of view options. Your Hogwarts memories can now be perfectly captured! Colin Creevey would surely be extremely jealous.
If you want to employ a bit of extra creative license, the time of day and season are also adjustable while in Photo Mode, as well as character poses with several options for standing and seated positions. And these changes to weather and time are then reversed when exiting photo mode - in case you were wondering.
Additionally, players can remove UI and on-screen characters and customise their screenshots with house and character themes, frames, crests, and a variety of filters - so you can make your snaps absolutely perfect. After all, this is your Hogwarts Legacy!
