The popular mobile game, developed by Jam City and published under the Portkey Games label, is full of enchanting new updates to keep the magic going this Autumn.
For the second anniversary of Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery, the game-makers tasked you with inventing your very own Hogwarts house-inspired outfit – and we can now reveal the top three submissions. Take a look at the finalists, which feature personalised capes, denim jackets and colour-blocked shoes, all celebrating their house pride.
You can now cast your vote for your favourite of the three starting from today through Oct. 9 – with the winner getting their outfit featured in the game. All players will also receive the winning outfit as a free gift in-game. If you’re old enough, visit Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery’s social channels and use the hashtag #HPHMdesigncontest to get involved.
For those who haven’t played Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery before, here’s what to expect from the game with this handy trailer.
And in case you missed it, players are being offered up a new time-limited sidequest, and on this occasion, it concerns matters of the heart. If you’re in Year 6, enjoy a new fun-filled romance festival, which will take the shape of a new, outdoor festival in the Hogwarts grounds. Engage in traditional festival activities: dancing, duelling, face-painting, and more – and ask one of eight original characters out on a date! Forget Amortentia – simply be yourself.
Portkey Games is dedicated to creating new Wizarding World mobile and video game experiences that place the player at the centre of their own adventure, inspired by J.K. Rowling’s original stories. You can learn more about Portkey Games here.
