There’s nothing quite like a Butterbeer in one of the wizarding world’s pubs. But which one suits you best? We’ve made some deductions based on your personality.

If you enjoy a drink with friends… you’d pick the Three Broomsticks

If you love nothing more than getting together with your friends for a drink and a catchup, then we think you would love to go to the Three Broomsticks. With its welcoming atmosphere, friendly owner, roaring fire and plenty of Butterbeer, it would be the perfect spot for a fun night together. Not only that, but as a busy pub you would be likely to run into people you know, and you might even have the opportunity to make new friends. So, if you’re a bubbly extrovert who loves nothing more than a good chat, then this would be the wizarding world establishment for you.

If you like to slip under the radar… you’d pick the Hogs Head Inn

Nestled in Hogsmeade, the Hogs Head Inn doesn’t have the same hustle and bustle as the Three Broomsticks, but as someone who is more of an introvert that might sound like a dream come true. If you don’t like to be disturbed when going for a quiet drink, then you would be a patron of Aberforth Dumbledore’s pub. After all, its privacy is why Hermione selected it for the first meeting about Dumbledore’s Army. And with other customers who would rather keep to themselves for various (and sometimes nefarious) reasons, it would be a great place to spend a chilled-out afternoon reading a book while sipping on a Butterbeer.

If you like to people watch… you’d pick the Leaky Cauldron

Situated right at the entrance of one of the busiest wizarding streets, Diagon Alley, the Leaky Cauldron is an iconic institution that is full of all kinds of weird and wonderful characters. From those stopping for a quick tipple after a day browsing the shops, to half-giants like Hagrid, to the eccentric Tom the barman – it is a fantastic place for people watching. So, if you’re the type of person that would be thoroughly entertained by just observing the world go by, while having a drink with a friend and speculating about all the interesting witches and wizards you spot at the bar, then we would definitely find you at the Leaky Cauldron.
