This March, we’re going all in on our love of Hogwarts houses, with a special month dedicated to our wizarding tribes. Here are just a few ways YOU can celebrate your house pride with us in the upcoming weeks.
Well, get sorted, obviously
The first one seems obvious – but you never know! Perhaps you got sorted years ago and have been feeling a bit more Hufflepuffish in your later years… perhaps you’re feeling Slytherin-strong and are determined to renew that fact. Or maybe it really is your first time getting sorted properly, and you always just spiritually connected with a Hogwarts house up ‘til now. There’s only one way to find out.
And if you’re currently playing Hogwarts Legacy, you’ll even be able to bring your Hogwarts house from here into the game. Here’s how to link your accounts.
Play our upcoming Hogwarts House Pride Quiz Championship
We are opening up a new quizzing extravaganza for you, which will take place across four weeks. Here’s the deal – play four rounds of quizzes based on the history, characters and legacy of the Hogwarts houses and win points for said house, which will be helpfully gathered up in Hogwarts Great Hall-style hourglasses. In the past, we’ve seen Ravenclaw triumph twice on previous Quiz Championships, so… not to try and stir the pot, but Gryffindors, Slytherins and Hufflepuffs – you have some work to do!

There’s no better way to rep your house than by looking the part – and the official Harry Potter shop has many trinkets and treasures for you to browse. Mugs, personalised wands, robes, hats, scarves… you name it, there are so many ways to fly your Hogwarts house colours.
Play house-themed quizzes, puzzles or read articles about your house’s legacy
Our Hogwarts house pride page is full of quizzes, puzzles, features and videos to help educate you about your house, its founder, its symbols, and the characters that hail from it. It still surprises us that Gilderoy Lockhart was a Ravenclaw, for example.
