Fenrir Greyback was a werewolf notorious for his violence. With a preference for attacking young children, Greyback's mission was to infect as many people as possible in order to create enough werewolves to take power. Aligned with Voldemort, Greyback was responsible for as many deaths and disfigurements as he was werewolf transformations.
