Terms and Conditions for Golden Snitch Promotion

  1. This promotion is open to residents of Great Britain only, aged 18 and over, who purchase a pair of Limited Edition Harry Potter x K-Swiss Firebolt shoes (the “Shoes”) from the online Harry Potter Shop at Platform 9 ¾ (with URL https://www.harrypotterplatform934.com/) (also referred to as the “Wizarding World shop”) (the “Shop”), excluding employees of Wizarding World Digital Limited of Warner House, 98 Theobalds Road, London, England, WC1X 8WB (the “Promoter”), K.Swiss, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of this promotion (“Eligible Participants”).

  2. A total of twenty (20) golden snitches (the “Snitches”) will be made available as part of this promotion. They will be placed at random, across a range of shoe sizes (one Snitch per shoe box), in twenty (20) boxes of Shoes purchased by Eligible Participants.

  3. Purchase of the Shoes and a Wizarding World account is required for a chance to receive a Snitch. Purchase is available only while stocks last; stocks are very limited. See here for additional terms and conditions that apply. Maximum purchase of two pairs of Shoes permitted per customer.

  4. Once you have purchased and received your Shoes, look inside the shoe box to see if it contains a Snitch. The purchase of Shoes is no guarantee that you will receive a Snitch.

  5. This promotion will begin when the Shoes go on sale in the Shop from 11am ET / 4pm GMT on 22 July 2020 and will end once all twenty (20) Snitches have been allocated to Eligible Participants.

  6. The Promoter is not responsible for the acts or default of any third-party suppliers (including, without limitation, as regards issues relating to the delivery or non-delivery of the Shoes for any reason). The Promoter accepts no responsibility if for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when purchasing the Shoes or for any purchases which are not completed for any reason. The Shop is operated by third parties. Before making any purchase from the Shop, you will need to agree to the relevant third party’s terms and conditions. Please ensure you read their terms and conditions carefully before making any purchase.

  7. The Snitch is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Snitch with an alternative item of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of this promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

  8. By purchasing the Shoes, Eligible Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  9. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend this promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

  10. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any Eligible Participant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking part in this promotion except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
