Hello, if you’re here, we imagine you’re gearing up for the release of Hogwarts Legacy – slated for release February 2023 across Sony PlayStation5, PlayStation4, PlayStation4 Pro, PC and Xbox (with launch date on Nintendo Switch to be revealed soon). In the game, you’ll play a fifth-year student who has arrived at Hogwarts a little late with a lot of catching up to do – not to mention a legacy to make.
Like any Hogwarts student, you’ll need a wand and a Hogwarts house to progress your school life. But if you’re registered with us, you can actually bring your wizarding credentials into the game without having to get sorted or pick a wand again.
My Hogwarts house is sacred! How do I link accounts right now?
Never fear. Here’s a handy step-by-step.

Pop over to this link to begin the process and login to your account with us. If you need to create a profile from scratch, of course you can do that too, right here.

Once you’ve completed the Wand Ceremony and Sorting Ceremony you will be asked to click the copy button, which will send you an 8-digit code.

Now go to the WB Games website and either create an account or login to your existing one.

You may be prompted to connect to us straight away – in which case, paste your 8-digit code in. And just like that, your accounts should be linked, no Binding Spells required!
And then what happens when I get the game?
When you finally get Hogwarts Legacy, you’ll get an account link prompt once you load up the game for the first time. Visit the website offered up to you, or scan the QR code served up with your phone to launch the WB Games account from a mobile browser instead. From there, you’ll get another 6-digit code to submit. And there will be a nice exclusive wallpaper to download once you've linked everything up.

Glad you remembered! So, by signing in and linking your WB Games account, you’ll be gifted with a Beaked Skull Mask to wear within the game. And by linking your Harry Potter Fan Club account, you’ll unlock a House Fan-atic School Robe, exclusive to our members! Fancy.
And of course, your wand discovered through our Wand Ceremony and your Hogwarts house should all be set up too, once you reach the appropriate points in the game.
